I am going to do it. We have Blue berries and Cherries both sweet and pie and I usually make syrup from both. Now I can add Strawberry syrup to my repertoire. I grew up on a pie cherry farm. We also had some sweet cherry trees. My mom always canned the sweet cherries, but she never made syrup. Cherry syrup sounds amazing!
